Come along to de-stress after a busy week and recharge, ready for the weekend. A perfect opportunity to feel a deep sense of inner calm, relaxation and say ‘aaaah’! We will practice gentle mindful movement, mindfulness breath work, journalling to reflect and dreamy meditations. Suitable for all, whether experienced or new to mindfulness.

Mindfulness for Children (The Well Retreat)
Mondays – 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Would you like your child to learn lasting skills in managing anxiety, dealing with strong emotions and finding their calm as they grow? Mindfulness has been shown to help children and adults lower stress, reduce anxiety and learn techniques to find and experience joy. In these sessions we will explore a range of mindfulness activities, including movement, breathing, craft activities and meditations. A wonderful way for children to learn lasting skills to help them as they grow.

This course uses the ‘Mindfulness Now‘ programme, accredited by the British Psychological Society.
The 8-week group course will bring you:
• A full understanding of applied mindfulness
• The science behind our brain and how we feel
• Weekly practice of introducing mindfulness into daily life
• Skills in relaxation and meditation techniques
• Activities to challenge our automatic thought patterns
• Methods to boost resilience
