Mindfulness courses in Northampton

Fall in love with writing again with Katie from Bluebell Lettering and I as you tap into your inner creativity by learning beautiful brush lettering. We will enjoy mindful meditations to unwind and connect to our inner calm before experiencing the mindful nature of calligraphy.
Using calming breath work, you will learn how to write a beautiful alphabet using a brush pen leading to creating mindful quotes or affirmations from the heart.

Come along to de-stress after a busy week and recharge, ready for the weekend. A perfect opportunity to feel a deep sense of inner calm, relaxation and say ‘aaaah’! We will practice gentle mindful movement, mindfulness breath work, journalling to reflect and dreamy meditations. Suitable for all, whether experienced or new to mindfulness.

Mindfulness for Children (The Well Retreat)

Mondays – 4.30pm – 5.30pm

Would you like your child to learn lasting skills in managing anxiety, dealing with strong emotions and finding their calm as they grow?  Mindfulness has been shown to help children and adults lower stress, reduce anxiety and learn techniques to find and experience joy. In these sessions we will explore a range of mindfulness activities, including movement, breathing, craft activities and meditations. A wonderful way for children to learn lasting skills to help them as they grow.

Relaxation Evenings at The Well Retreat

Join us to experience: A tranquil journey through the forest with Muddy Education.

Do you have a child who is moving to secondary school in September? Or had a disrupted transition to secondary school during covid restrictions?

Then they may like to join us in the forest for this special session in our “Tranquillity” series, which will enable young people to explore their feelings about change, discuss helpful strategies for managing wellbeing and learn relaxation techniques.

Set in our beautiful private woodland space, the session will enable participants to explore and connect with nature (Muddy Education), take part in empowering and supportive yoga (Karma Kids Yoga Therapy) and finish with relaxation and mindfulness (Lemonkind).

This course uses the ‘Mindfulness Now‘ programme, accredited by the British Psychological Society. 

The 8-week group course will bring you:
• A full understanding of applied mindfulness
• The science behind our brain and how we feel
• Weekly practice of introducing mindfulness into daily life
• Skills in relaxation and meditation techniques
• Activities to challenge our automatic thought patterns
• Methods to boost resilience

1-1 Mindfulness sessions, tailored to your needs, at your own speed and at a time that suits you.
