When parent and child are in a relaxed state of body and mind, it creates a wonderful environment for meaningful connection. In turn this enables more open conversations, builds trust and can be a vital comfort in times of need. Take some quality time to connect with your child using a variety of mindfulness techniques, such as relaxing movement, calming breathwork and fun craft activities together, learning practices to carry forwards with you.
This class is suitable for children aged 7 and above.
