Interactive mindfulness sessions covering topics such as; the science of our brain; awareness of emotions; creating calm feelings and building a growth mindset. Each session includes relaxation techniques and meditations, creating the perfect environment for learning and giving pupils transferable skills to boost their emotional wellbeing.

We bring mindfulness to life for the whole School in our range of assemblies, covering topics such as mental health, anxiety, emotions, kindness and relaxation.
Assemblies are also available to educate parents in mindfulness and how they can practice techniques at home with their children.
