"When life gives you lemons make lemonade"

Our story

Founded in 2018, Lemonkind was created to share the wonders of mindfulness. Based on the saying “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade,” we strive to enable people from all walks of life and ages to live a happy and healthy life with mindfulness at the heart of what we do.

Having a business of kindness is our core value, around which all of our work flows.

Lemonkind courses focus on bringing mindfulness to life with practical exercises and meaningful learning, leaving people with sustainable mindfulness techniques outside of the training room.

Our values

  • Business of kindness – showing care and compassion to all of our clients, delivering training that meets individual needs.
  • Quality –  to deliver training that makes us proud and that makes an impact.
  • Knowledge growth – we are committed to bringing the latest research and findings to our clients, often conducting our own research studies too.
  • Practice what we teach – to live and work mindfully ourselves, to be able to teach with integrity and authenticity.

Our founder:
Sarah Giordano

Sarah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, using the Mindfulness Now programme. She has over 10 years working in the corporate environment, designing and delivering psychology training globally.

Sarah has experienced the benefits of mindfulness personally in the workplace, but also as a mother to two daughters. Mindfulness has helped her and her family to navigate through life’s twists and turns and always tries to look on the bright side of life.

Sarah also has a love of lemons, both in taste and colour. Hot lemon has become a vital part of her morning breakfast routine!
