Take a break from your busy schedule and join us to unwind with guided meditation, soothing music, and peaceful vibes at our Soulful Sundays Mindfulness Relaxation. Settle into this cozy setting where you can relax, recharge, and find inner peace. Let go of stress and embrace tranquility as you dive into a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness. Perhaps it’s the soothing aromatic scents that drift from the aromatherapy blending room, the enchantment that greets our footsteps as we step through the leafy archway into the secluded garden, or the joy that fills people’s faces that we greet on the way in, but there really is something truly magical about The Well Retreat and the new Courtyard Well and I’m so lucky to offer classes here.  

Relaxation Evenings 7.30pm - 9pm £15pp

Join me on Friday evenings at The Courtyard Well for a dreamy 90 minutes of deep connection to yourself. Time to slow down, release any tension that may have arisen through the week, practice soothing breath-work to feel that place of calm within us and closing with a restorative meditation, easing us gently into the weekend. Join our practical and supportive workshop designed specifically for parents who want to confidently support their teenager through the exam season.
The weeks approaching exams can often feel intense for the whole family.  During this session, you’ll gain valuable insight into how exam stress affects adolescents, emotionally, physically, and academically. We’ll explore how small changes at home can make a significant difference.
 
You’ll learn:
  • How to create a calm, supportive home environment
  • Simple strategies to boost motivation and confidence
  • Practical tools to help your teen manage anxiety
  • When and how to seek additional support if needed
 
Exams don’t have to feel overwhelming, for you or your child. We are here to support you.
